Thank you for considering one of our units for your housing needs!  In order to become one of our family of renters you MUST complete a credit application form and remit the required fee for us to begin the process.

If you do not have a copy of our credit application form you can obtain one by clicking the word "Printable" below.  Once you have completed the form you may bring it into our office, fax it or use the mails.  All the information you will need to complete the process can be obtained by clicking on the box below entitled "Answers".

We will notify you with the results in a few days.
